Member Services is much more than a call center. It’s the heart of our business. In fact, our Member Services team sits in Tempe right alongside our corporate headquarters. This means when you want to learn more about how we operate—or explore other careers with LifeLock—you’re never more than steps away from new opportunities.
Through our TAG program, Member Services agents have the opportunity to step into temporary roles in our corporate headquarters when other employees are away for a while. And with our Passport job-shadowing program, the door is always open when you want to learn more about other LifeLock roles.
