Product & Strategy

In collaboration with the Executive Management at LifeLock, the Product and Strategy Team's purpose is to establish the strategic corporate vision and future roadmaps for LifeLock products and services. Our responsibility is to ensure that LifeLock's offerings satisfy the problems and serve the market needs of our various client constituents.

We represent the "voice of the customer", perform the market research, assess the competitive environment, build the business cases, gather and define the requirements, analyze the product performance and operational metrics, and position the solutions.

The Strategy and Product Team's mission is not only to envision and create superior products and services, but to articulate LifeLock's distinctive competencies which differentiate us from our competitors in the marketplace. We fulfill our goals and commitments through consistent innovation, strategic acquisition and effective collaboration with our partners and affiliates.

The work of LifeLock's Product and Strategy team has led to the support and enhancement of some of the company's best products. This year's tax season brought about an enhancement to the LifeLock Identity Alert™ System, which is now capable of detecting fraud in some tax refund anticipation loans.

Another success - LifeLock WalletLock™, a service launched in 2008 that helps members cancel or replace the contents of lost or stolen wallets, reached 8,659 members this year.
